Another $5 box deal from Popeyes, but this time it’s their new hot honey crunch tenders. These chicken tenders are drizzled with their red hot honey sauce and served with a regular side, a biscuit and extra sauce to set your mouth on fire (in case it wasn’t already).
This one expires on September 30.
Popeye’s signature sides are: cole slaw, cajun fries, mashed potatoes, beans & rice, green beans, cajun rice, corn on the cob, mac and cheese, jambalaya, or onion rings.
Is it worth it?
Every month Popeyes has a new $5 chicken deal and this month’s box doesn’t look very appealing to me because I hate hot sauce. I’m a little girl in a tutu when it comes to hot food. You might enjoy the burn, in that case, more power to ya. Don’t let me stop you.
