We have another deal from McDonald’s, get a free medium McCafe Shake, Frappe, or Sundae with any purchase when you use the McDonald’s app. There are no restrictions on what qualifies as a purchase. This coupon can only be used once per week.
You must have the app on your phone and also an account created. Make sure you do this before you hit the drive through. Also, I just want to point out that you do not need to pay with their app (it’s used for tracking your coupons).
